Hello
I am super bummed to see our forms have been shut down to covid :(
You guys are not doing anything to help?
I just tried to resubscribe to the $5/month, but then said I was still out of storage. I tried to then do the $19/mo plan, and it rejected me. Any ideas?

I would like you to confirm that when you are saying it rejected me? could you please elaborate more about this or if you can provide a screenshot showing the message it shows after rejection?
