I have just redesigned an online form and initially used a test email account which was able to recieve the submissions without an issue. I have then changed the account email address and am now unable to recieve the submissions on this account.
I have confirmed that they are not being picked up by junk or another spam filter and am unable to receive any of these submissions. Please help.

Have you checked your spam folder?
Because, there are instances that some emails with similar contents may get tagged as spam by email service providers. If it is not there kindly let us know.

Your email ended up to the bounce list. I have now removed it so hopefully it should be working fine now.
