    Multiple people receiving emails that have been taken off the email alerts list

    Good morning!

     

    There are multiple people in our company that are still rececevining emails from email conditions eventhough they have been removed from the list.

    The emails are coming from the Complaint/Complement area.

    Hello, I've looked at your contact form http://www.acadian.com/ac_contact but at the moment it appears that this is working as it should though it is slightly difficult to tell which emails shouldn't be listed. I do see that you have several email notifications and conditions in your setup. Can you please provide us with more information about which emails are receiving the notifications that shouldn't be? Did you save the form after you removed them?

    Yes, I have saved the document numerous times.

    The emails that are still receving notifications that SHOULD NOT be are:

    Ronnie.Miller@acadian.com

    Denise.Richter@acadian.com

    These emails are still receiving notifications from the area of Complaint/Complement.

    Thanks for clarifying that. I looked at your form including the conditions again and I can confirm that I don't see either of those email addresses you mentioned listed at all. My advice at this point is that you should try clearing your form cache to see if this helps. If not then please try cloning the form to see if the clone works without this issue. But if that does not work then I would like to recommend that you may need to rebuild the Email Notifications by removing them and then adding it to the form again testing this on the clone since it sounds as if there is a small bug that has caused a problem in the Notification where the Address has gotten stuck. Please let us know if you are still having trouble.

    In addition to my colleague's advice, do any of your other forms contain a "Subject" field with a "Complaint/Compliment" choice?

    I would like to open up this same discussion as we are again experieencing individuals getting jotfrom notificiations, that are not connected to the form whatsoever.

    Hi Kimberly, I take it that the email " denise.richter@acadian.com " you mentioned is the one that is still receiving these notifications? I looked through your form conditions and also your email notifications but I don't see this email listed anywhere either. Can you please tell us where you originally had this email listed in your notifications and rules so that we can inspect it some more? You may want to try cloning your form to see if that corrects it since there is a chance that a bug caused the notification to continue to send there even after you changed it which might fix the problem.
