pay now and pay laterAsked by youthencounter on June 19, 2013 at 12:13 PM
I'd like to have a form with multiple products and the option to pay now with our authorize.net integration, or pay later at an event we are hosting. I'd like to be able to show a "Purchase Order" if they choose pay later, or the Authorize.net integration depending on their choice, but the form only allows one payment option. One option might be to just use the purchase order and then send them to a different form to pay, but I don't think there would be any way to fill in the amount automaticly. Any options?
purchase different fill payment option
Unfortunately, there is no other way to achieve that. You need to create two separate order form for your product. For more detailed information, please take a look at this article: http://www.jotform.me/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form
That's too bad. That's a poor workaround for anything more than a simple payment form. It'd be nice if the form allowed multiple payment options to be added (with a warning to only do it if you know what you're doing). Having the ability to add math to the form would also be an option, but it doesn't sound like that's on the feature road map at all.
Request you to please have a look at this guide and see if this helps: http://www.jotform.com/help/120-How-to-set-up-paypal-along-with-other-payment-options
I believe this workaround should work for you.
On your "add math" question, our development team is already aware of this but we cannot assure you if/when the calculation feature gets added.
