Workflow - multiple approvers but the each approver deletes previous approver's response

I have a workflow form that is going to seven different people in a serial manner. However when the 2nd-7th approvers approve/decline, the form submission wipes out the previous approvers response. So in the end, the submission only shows the last one's response. I'm sure I'm missing a setting somewhere but I can't find it.

 I think I found it. Had the Clear Hidden Field Value Set to clear on Submit.

I can see multiple forms on your account that has the Approval Process/Workflow. Please update the others to "Don't Clear" as well so the values won't be removed when someone edits your form. This part is essential to make the Approval process to work properly.
