Submission over quota but limits have been reset

    We have been having an Submission Quota error on some (not all) of our forms for 12 days. It did not reset on the 1st of the month, even though our progress bars had, and it has not reset after the 10th, which is the date of our sign up (assuming we had to wait until the date of sign up for our "month" quota)

    Please let us know what is wrong with the account, and how to fix this.

    Hello @MHSRescue - I have tried clearing your form caches. Please try accessing the forms again. That should work fine now.

    In case you encounter the same issue again, you can head over to your account settings and clear your form caches.
