Why are the columns on my submission results in XLS in random order?

Why are the columns on my submission results in XLS in random order? I need to match up stores with quantity ordered, but the columns don't match up

I have tested the Excel file, and the column order is matching the order of the fields in the form. Can you please let us know how did you downloaded the file (From Inbox, Submissions, have you created a report)?

Can you also let us know does this happen on all forms? If not, please provide us the form URL.

With this information, we will be able to make further tests and to locate the problem.
