Two of my PDFs are blank

    The PDF with the Label Prehung and Slab are blank.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Could you please confirm if the PDFs mentioned are newly created? If so, you can build your PDF document by dragging and dropping the Form Fields from the left panel.

    Alternatively, you can delete the said PDFs and then create a new one for the fields to be included automatically.

    No,It is not new and was very hard to make it, do you have some backup of
    this.

    It is not possible to revert reports to the previous version or restore them. However, if we can check with our developers if they can restore them. Can you please tell us when did you use those two reports last time? If possible also provide us screenshots of those reports before they disappear. 

    I also saw that your form is shared with 2 sub-account users. Please check with them if they edited the PDF reports.

    Thanks for the details. 

    It would be helpful if you can share with us a report from this layout that you downloaded previously, this way we can pass this over to our back-end team, please also kindly confirm with your sub-users if they did not perform any edits on the PDF editor, this will help us to find if the issue is related about the sub-user access, so this can be corrected.

    Hi, the account info@doornmore.com make some different pdf for the submissions "Interior Door".

    • Bifold
    • Machining

    I need access to download and printing, but really in my account this pdf don't show. I don't have access to edit pdf.

    Hi there - Unfortunately, it is designed not to show "Downloads PDF" to shared tables for security purposes. Only the form owner can download it on their end.

    As a workaround, you can ask the owner to include you in the notification recipients and then attach the PDFs mentioned.
