How to create approval workflow?

Hello,

I'm investigating JotForm for use in our non-profit organization. I was recommended JotForm specifically because we were looking for a new way to do expense reports. Before I go too much further, I wanted to make sure -- are there features where reports can be denied/accepted, and if accepted, submitted further to, for in the expense report example, the finance department?
