Enquiry Forms Not Being Received

    Hi I have set up 2 forms on this account.

    They are both set to go to the same email address (google apps for business account).  Today the forms are not being received.  I have added the IP addresses suggested on a thread to the whitelable list and they are still not being received.  I have also checked the spam box.

    I have also tested a form from a different, older account, to go to the same addresses as above, but they are not being received.  I have checked this form on 3 different email addresses, 2 do not receive the emails (1 is a gmail.com address and the other is a new google apps account for the above using the domain email address)

    I am the designer for the site and my client is not happy that the forms are not working, as he may be missing out on business.

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Base on your mail log, all submissions/entry was successfully sent.

    Can you please share to us those email addresses that you are referring which didn't received email notification?

    Firstly please can you remove the email addresses from your reply above. I don't want these visible in threads.

    I can provide the email addresses via email if you can provide me with an address to send it to. One was the email address showing in your thread.

    We have set this to private so others will not be able to see the details. Please provide us the details so we can check from our end. Thanks.

    Are you testing the email using the Test Email button? The test email button would only send email to the account holders email address. To test a different email address, you will need to do an actual submission in your form.

    Can you also provide us the email address which you are unable to receive any notification. If you are not convenient in posting the email address here, you can email it at support@jotform.com.

    As I have not been able to resolve the problem and not receiving emails was causing major issues I have now reverted to a different form provider, you can close the ticket.
