    Hi,

Please note that upon paying for a plan you are automatically subscribed to a monthly subscription. Which means that each month, your card will automatically be deducted with the amount that you will be paying for the subscription that you have subscribed to, this will continue until you decide to downgrade your account as a free account.

    Thank you.

    Hi Jade,
I just checked my account and I found out that I've been charged twice for this month. I've paid already for my service , I would appreciate if you could help us in regard with the refund process.

Hi, it seems you've opened up this issue as 3 separate threads so I would like to kindly ask that you please be careful not to do that as it may cause confusion amongst you including our Support Team.

As I mentioned in your 2 other threads this issue has been resolved in this thread:

Other thread where I referred you to the above thread is here:

    Hi,
Oh, I just replied to my email twice, and I asked my questions separately. I have no idea why I opened up 3 thread, I guess I should only following up with only one question from the beginning through my email and not post separate question regarding same issue, is that why that happen?

    Thanks and best regards,

That's quite alright and it's No Problem but thank you for the explaination. We usually answer forum questions straight in the forum on our end and to my understanding a reply via an email should only reply to the thread that has a question associated with it. But if you only opened up one thread originally and more showed up without your knowledge that may have created it as a minor problem which then caused a bug to occur. So I think that may have been what had happened. Anyhow thank you for your comments earlier in your other thread and I'm glad to hear that this has helped. :)
