When uploading files to dropbox, someone mentioned that the link to the file is not protected? I thought all files in dropbox were protected unless explicitly shared??
Can someone who knows please explain what happens with the files being uploaded to jotform before they make it to dropbox, and are those files available in any way??

Hi,

Do you mean with regards the SSL submissions? If yes, please note the the SSL only works from the submissions made on your form to the Jotform server. Therefore, if you have set that the files will be uploaded to Dropbox the form to Dropbox will not be secured/encrypted.
