Want radio button or check button to go to specific user once submitted

Asked by steveso on June 20, 2013 at 12:57 PM

I've create radio button and check buttons, (can use either in this form I am creating) once I create/label my 3 options, depending on what the end user "checked" or "selected" I then want it to go to a specific email...

My example I have 3 buttons for different levels of a school Elementary, Middle and High School. If the end user selects High School then I want the form to be sent to an email of someone in the high school, if they select Middle School then I want the form to be submitted to someone in the Middle school.

How do I do that? Or can I?

    Thanks,

    Steve
