I replied to a submission on jotform, but all my attempt to see it after I have sent it failed. I need to keep record of my replies.

    Hi,

    For this You have to set the Reply-to Email as Email Field in your Form.

    1. Open your Form in Edit Mode.

    2. Select Email Alerts under Setup & Embed tab

    3. Select your Notification


    4.Click on Reply-to and Recepient Settings Button.


    5. Change the Reply-to Email Field as Email (it is now None)

    If I am not mistaken you are referring to the Reply option on a form Submissions page, right?

    I am sorry to inform you, but our mailing tools are limited since the first priority is forms. If you need a simple track, you can:

    1. Flag answered submissions.

    2. Send a copy to yourself when you reply to someone. Please check the next screenshot to find our how to set multiple recipients.
