Asked by GestiondeCalidad on June 20, 2013 at 02:11 PM

    Muchas gracias.

    1. You can do this using this guide Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic.
    Use the email condition

    Send an e-mail after submission
Redirect your e-mail alerts according to the form entry. Let’s say you have a dropdown question that has options like “Sales”, “Support” etc. When user selects to contact "Sales" send the response email to the Sales Department.

I created a demo form you can test here http://www.jotformpro.com/form/31706141739958

You can test for "Area a la que..." using "Operaciones" and "Analista Financiero"  value.

You can check the email  here

You can also use the method describe on this guide How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later

to have 2 forms that can be continued later on. Use the same condition email I described above.

    2. You cannot combine submissions data using 2 different forms. When you download to Excel, the submissions for the 2 forms will be 2 different files. What you can do instead is just manually combine the data once you have downloaded each data.

Use only 1 form. Use the page break tool to have multiple pages form. The demo form on this guide How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later? uses the page break field to have multiple pages form.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.
