Payment Form with Mixture of Multiple Sizes and Quantity Orders

Asked by buyconnect on June 20, 2013 at 04:07 PM

    Hello

I see a long thread about this, but need to verify if this is doable.  I have a wholesale shirt co with retailers wanting to order online.  My current form is laid out like this.

    T-SHIRT NAME 1

Size:  XS  S   M   L   XL   XXL   XXXL       Total

    Qty:    0    6   12  6   6     0       0           30    @  $10.00   $300

    T-SHIRT NAME 2

Size:  XS   S   M   L   XL   XXL   XXXL       Total

    Qty:    0   12   6   0   6     0       0           24    @  $10.00   $240

I can build the form with JotForm, but have been unable to make the calculations work.  I attempted to use the Paypal option, but since I can bill my clients, all I need is for the form to calculate as a Purchase Order.

The sample Purchase Order form I found only allows for purchase of one size, color, etc.

Any suggestions, ideas or comments will be appreciated...

    Thanks

    Jack

    Hi Jack,

Unfortunatelly, you cannot do this setup yet on the payment field.

You cannot assign multiple same property like "size" into the same item.

    You cannot do this

    T-SHIRT NAME 1

Size:  XS  S   M   L   XL   XXL   XXXL       Total

    Qty:    0    6   12  6   6     0       0           30    @  $10.00   $300

Currently, you can only do this.

    T-SHIRT NAME 1

    Size:  XS                                               Total

    Qty:    0    6   12  6   6     0       0           30    @  $10.00   $300

To achieve what you want -- you will have to repeat the same item and create a new set of property. Like this
    T-SHIRT NAME 1
    Size:  XS                                               Total
    Qty:    0    6   12  6   6     0       0           30    @  $10.00   $300
    ===
    T-SHIRT NAME 1(a)
    Size:  S                                               Total
    Qty:    0    6   12  6   6     0       0           30    @  $10.00   $300
    ===
    T-SHIRT NAME 1(b)
    Size:  M                                               Total
    Qty:    0    6   12  6   6     0       0           30    @  $10.00   $300
Actually, there was already a request ticket for the feature on the payment field's capability the way you have described. I will add your post to that ticket.
Hope this help. Inform us if you have further inquiry.
    Thanks.

    Thanks Jonothan

Right now I can set up the "Submit Order" email in a table to copy and paste into an Invoice.  A bit more work, but will do the trick for now.

I'll keep an eye ot for an update.
