Can anyone let me know how to resolve this issue ?

    Thank you.

    Hi Neil,

I was also able to see the javascript error when I initially checked using my IE9 browser.

But I think it is being caused by a javascript that is not in the form. I checked the javascript code in line 729 as mentioned in the error message, and it has this code in your page

Please try to correct the mentioned error code or remove it if not needed,

If you use the stand alone form https://www.jotform.com/form/10574849176 , it does no exibit this loading error even in IE10.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,

I tried your suggestion.  My form now loads fine, but when you type in a text field you get validation errors still.  The line number where the error is changes depending on what text field you tried to type in.

    Any further suggestions ?

    Thanks in adavance.

    Neil.

    @Neil

I checked your form's source code and see that you are calling a function "Validate()" on blur event. I was not able to find this function in your form.

Please let us know what you are trying to achieve with this function. If its okay you should delete the onBlur event from your form fields and that should stop throwing javascript error.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

Not sure how the Validate on blur event got there.  I am thinking that it was code generated by one of your previous editions of your form (as I have been using this form with you for quite a few years now.  I just re-embedded the existing code from your site and it now works.

    Thanks for your help.
