Dropbox form limited to 100Kb

    Hi,

    I am using your dropbox form, which is just brilliant - except for one fatal flaw - it only allows files <100Kb to be sent. Is there some setting I am missing?

    Hello Janine,

    According to Dropbox help article a single file uploaded through the website should be 300MB or below.

    Hmmm I am not quite following how that link answers my issue. I am being blocked at 100KB – definitely KB not MB. I can therefore only upload the smallest of files.

    Have you checked your dropbox? Also may I have your Form ID so that I can check if there is a limitation to your upload field. Thank you.

    Dropbox does seem to be behaving perfectly for very large files thus far….is there a particular area that I need to check there?

    22492298002855 is I believe the form ID.

    Oh no – I think I might have wasted your time. I looked for a setting twice before and didn’t find it – and think sadly I have just found my mistake. I am blind!!!!!! Sorry to have troubled you.
