The form is deleted. You can change the form recipient email address by following this guide: Finding out E-Mail Address Used for Submission Notifications.
After that, you have to "Live Test" the form to check if the new recipient receive the email alerts because "Test Email" button is designed to only send a notification to your account email address.

Here's the guide on how to configure your email notification.Please know that, Clicking the "Test Email" button will only send a test notification to the email address associated with your account. We've made it this way to prevent abusive users using this feature for mass mailing or spam purposes.
