Hello,
I got an email that my jotform form has been disabled because I've reached storage limits. I was planning on deleting old submissions so that we have enough storage space again. However as the form is currently disabled and not showing up on my account, I can't access old submissions to delete them.
Please let me know how I can proceed to fix the problem and enable our form again.

Hi, please try using a different browser, the form is showing up in your account, so you can access the submissions page:
If the form is not showing up, please open the console report, take a screenshot, and share it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

create more storage space. However it appears my form remains disabled and

Hi, the form still contains enough uploaded files, therefore, the upload space is still over the limit. Please note that the limit on free accounts is 100MB.
You could either upgrade, or delete more submissions to free up the upload space.

I have deleted 330 of our original 500 submissions on file. We are
currently at only 170 submissions, Our home page now displays saying that
we are "almost out" of space rather than the previous "you're out of space".

However we are still unable to accept new submissions on our form. If you
try to fill out the form, it brings you to the jotform page that says
you're over quota.

How do we fix this problem? We are confused as our account has in the past
maxed out at 500 submissions. Why are we still out of space even though
we've cut back to 170?

The upload space usage has been recalculated for your account and your forms reactivated.
