error trying to cancel subscription

    I followed the link you provided so I can cancel but when I try to downgrade and cancel I get an error message.  

    Every. time.

    Please cancel by going to My Account - Billing Section > Choose "Free" Plan > Click "Switch Plan" > Click Downgrade button:

    We can also cancel your subscription to our end, please let us know if you want us to do it.

    You're wrong, it doesn't work.

    So far, your account is already on downgrade status, which means that you cancelled your subscription correctly

    The account will be back on free status on 07/15
