I don't get the Auto responder email option on the Email Alerts Button. Is this a paid subscription option?

    Hi! Thanks for contacting Jotform.

    The Auto responder email option is in fact available for all users, even Free Accounts. If you are not able to see that, please clear your browser's cache and try again.

    When you clicked on E-mail Alerts, did you click on "Add New Email"? 

    If so, when you clicked that, were you not able to see this?

    If you're able to see that, just select "Autoresponder Email" and click Next so you could set that up. Thanks!
