You should be able to received an email by now. Kindly make a test with your form.
Your email was in the bounce list due to the following reason:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 550-'ATLAS(2503): Your email was detected as spam. (RCPTs: email@example.com)'
According to the reason, there was a message that was blocked by your email service provider. In order to prevent this from occurring again, we'd suggest you to please read this article as it may help remedy this issue. How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
thanks for clearing this up but i have checked and the request.html is not sednign thru emails
i have followed the reemdy in the link above and sent a test message and it came thru but when i wont to my site and then filled in the form it has not been sent thru.
can you investigate this please

I think you may need to do as mentioned in the guide which is to Whitelist JotForm IP's and Mailservers since it seems to me that because of the email being " marked as spam " which is done by your email host they are most likely holding the email to be inspected or possibly rejecting it which is probably the cause of this issue.
