Integration Google Drive

    Good morning. After a year of operation, the splendid form integrated into Google Drive has stopped working.I've cleared the browser cache, created a clone, followed all the advice of the forum, but nothing.When i create a file in Jot Form for Google Drive,it creates me an empty file.Are there any tips to solve the problem? Thank you very much and sorry for my bad English.

    Have you tried re-integrating Google Drive?

    I have Cloned your form and tried integrating Google drive and I was able to integrate.

    I tried a sample submission on my end and was able to recieve it on my google drive account.

    Please do try the following trouble shooting.

    1. Logout

    2. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

    3. Login

    4. Re-integrate google drive

    5. Try a sample submission on your end.

    I have cleared your Forms Caches aswell on our end.

    I've tried and tried a lot,following every step you told:I trashed the cache,i trashed cookies,I restored every thing in the browser but it still doesn't create the file that i want,it only creates the folder but with anything inside.Does it influence that i'm using a Mac with Mountain Lion?I don't think so but,you never know ahahhahahahh

    May I know what browser are you using? Have you tried testing it using other browsers?

    Okay I have tried using Mac, and this is what I've got.

    Tested it on Chrome Browser, and did the exact same steps above. And was able to get the file under my Google Drive.

    Please do try using other browser and see if problem persist. If so, please do let us know so that I can take further investigation.

    I've tried almost whit Safari but after your reply i used Chrome but I've the same problem.Maybe i didn't explained the problem exactly:I've integrated the form perfectly in my website but when i fill it,it should appear here the entry thanks to Google Drive,but it doesn't!What can i do?

    Oh okay so you wanted it to update on your page? 

    May I know if the file is updating under Google Drive? If so..

    Kindly try this..

    Re-integrate the Google drive on your page not on your form.

    If you can see that it is updating on your google drive and not on your page, the issue is coming from the page not on your google integration on your form.

    We have to try several things so that we could see where the issue is coming from.

    First of all thank you very very very much for your kindness :D
    I tried to restore the report to google drive as suggested, but the first time I created the report in excell which is going to be integrated in the website page,it now only creates a folder with the name of the module without the files inside. I think the module is aligned with the report builds

    You are most welcome lameziaboys, happy to help. :)

    You need to have an actual submission to check if the folder wil contain the file after the testing of submission. Kindly try to send one on your end and check if it will update.

    Try this aswell, Instead of integrating google drive, can you try to use the Google Spreadsheet and use google docs. If it updates on Spreadsheet kindly let us know.

    Thank you very very much,with spreadsheet it works perfectly so i'm going to integrate it in my website.Thanks for your help,you are very kind,it were driving me crazy!Ahahahha thank you so much again,i'm going to use jotform a lot and i will suggest it to my friends :D Bye for now
