Every time i try to update billing info, it takes me to my current Paypal set up. I don't want that.

Since you have made the payment towards the Bronze subscription via your PayPal account, any change in billing information must be done in your PayPal account.
This cannot be done via JotForm. Please log into your PayPal account and update the billing info.
