    Why don't I ALWAYS receive submissions by email?

    Hello,

    I have set up a notification email. I received several mails.

    Question 1.

    Yesterday (sunday the 23rd of june) I did not receive the mails for the last 2 submissions.

    Why?

     

    Question 2.

    Seing that I did not receive those 2 emails, I just tried to manually send those 2 emails form the submission area (http://www.jotform.com/submissions/31161757110343?) using the "Faire suivre" (forward?) button.

    I first try to do it for 1 form, but I did not receive the mail either. Why?

    I juste checked your "How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues" recommandations on

    (thank you for thi doc), and I have changed my form accarding to this doc. Then  I have submited a form (to check the notification) and I still don't receive the Notification (I received the "we received your form" mail sent to the user, but not the Notification).

    Can you please check if my address is in your Bouncer list (and remove it plase) ?

    Hi Marie,

    I just removed your email from the bounce list. It should now be OK. I'd suggest to check it from your side.

    Here's the bounce reason:

     

    livres.parc.lyon6@free.fr is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 421-'Too many spams from your IP (199.255.193.234), please visit http://postmaster.free.fr/'

    Your email service provider blocks messages coming from our mail provider so if you've already applied the suggestions explained on bouncing issue article, this should solved it.
