Attachments didn't show up on notification email

    Hi team,

    The form works fine for a while and recently, we noticed that all attachments made it to the account on JotForm but didn't show up as attachements of the e-mail. I am not sure why. Could you please advise? Anyone has this same issue?

    Hi Jack,

    Files uploaded on your forms do not get 'attached' to notification emails. Instead, only the link to those files uploaded on our servers are sent to your email. This is to prevent hogging up our bandwith. Imagine if a user have set 100 email recipients for his form and then a visitor uploaded huge files (our upload limit is up to 1gb) using that form. That would be catastrophic on our end.

    Files uploaded to your form can now be sent as attachment on email notifications. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback:
