when i log into Jotform today, I cannot see any pending submissions in which the user has filled in the form but failed to complete the payment process - what happened?
this is true for at least 2 of my forms

I am not sure if there was any incomplete payments. May be the incomplete payments was more than 30 days old and system must have automatically deleted it.
I just did a test submission and I was able to see the list in incomplete payment.
