I have a form on JotForm and there are 2 email notifications: the first one to the ***@yandex.ru email and the second one to the ***@lb-electro.ru. Last few notifications didn't reach ***@lb-electro.ru email, only ***@yandex.ru email.
We had this problem few month ago and JotForm support found out that this email got blacklisted. Problem was solved but it happen again now.
Can you help me please?

Can you please try to change your Form's notification Sender Email to email@example.com if that solution fixed the issue or not? Please consider checking this article also: http://www.jotform.me/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues
