Unable to complete PayPal purchase

    My form has worked most of the week. Today people say that they type in their PayPal and it is making them do it three to four times before it ever works. Or it just says processing and spins some are working and coming through others have given up

    I have tested your form and I had no problems with the PayPal payment.

    Can you please try to disconnect from the PayPal, and then authenticate again?

    If this does not work, please try to remove the field and add it again. If you add it right after you remove it your settings will be saved.

    Please note that removing the field will remove the related data as well. You can click here to see how to download your submissions.
