How to delete test submissions

Hello! I created a test submission of a survey and then deleted that test submission. But those answers are still showing up in the Visual Report of the responses. Help!

in that case, you can either try to recreate your visual report. Or you can set the time filter so that it excludes the date when you submitted that response.

Yes, I set the time filter to exclude that submission but that seems more of a work-around than an actual solution. Recreating the visual report did not help.

Is there any reason why the deleted submission would still show? I thought deleting a submission completely removed it from the database.

Can you please let us know does this happens with all reports? Can you please share with us the report you are having problems with? Does this happen on both of your forms?
