My email alerts are not working any more. I went into email alerts and deleted them to start over but that doesnt work this time either. What do you need from me to check this out for me?

Your email address was listed in our bounce listing with the following reason:Reason(s) : Complain about Abuse
I have removed it and you should be able to received your form email notification again.

Thanks for removing me from your bounce list.
I have 5 forms and I did a test from my website on each form. I received 1 notification only.
I checked the recepeint's email and they received 1 but from a different form.
Does it continue to go to your bounce list?

I found another post that says to change the sender email in my notification to email@example.com, so I did that and I did receive the email alert notification. However, the recipient's email still doesnt come thru to them. Do I need to do something specific in the auto responder as well?

Do you mean they (your users/customers) don't receive any Auto Responder from your form? Please ask them to check their spam folders and email filters.
By the way, it this happening to all of your forms or just specific? If specific, please let us know the form URL's so we can check.
