I just purchased additional support but it still says 'upgrade now limited space!'
Can you verify this for me? let me know that the upgrade was correctly purchased?

The reason why it did not reflect your subscription was because the JotForm username that you entered in your payment in Plimus was your email address, not your JotForm username.
I don't think we can modify that information but I already have set your account information to Premium subscription.
If you have any other concerns, please let us know.
