Can I create a "EXPANSION" MENU INSIDE OF A PAYMENT FORM

Asked by lebaus on June 24, 2013 at 11:36 AM

I am managing 3 different Vacation Rental Properties. Everything on the form is exactly the same exept the prices. Can I create either separate Payment forms(with paypal) inside of their "RESERVATION FORM" so they can select which property they are paying for or Can I create a section inside of the PAYMENT FORM that will EXPAND with payment information for that PROPERTY & SEASON ONLY.

I'd also like to use this expansionfor each section of the payment for. For example: Cleaning Fee: (they must choose from several) I want them to focus on that portion alone. Then RENT, Then DEPOSITS

I have to say that everytime I want to make changes to my form I have to do it for all 3 forms. It's very TIME CONSUMING

Here are 3 of the form urls that I wish to combine. Thanks

Hi lebaus, I think that this should be achievable. I feel that the Multipayment Setup would best fit your needs here. You can use it to go either route but the first way might be more feasible with less problems in my opinion. You can use this setup with or without a Payment Tool to even lead to your other Forms that have Payment Tools on them. The only thing though is that this will be slightly tedious and require a Main Form which will display on-page Redirects separately to the individual property forms so you won't be able to combine them onto one form for all 3 payments unless you add all of the payment options into one payment tool. But then that would probably defeat your purpose of keeping them separate. The only way that might work is combining everything via the form's source code which would have to be built outside of JotForm. However, additionally you could display the information on separate forms outside of these payment tools if it's not a product which would work. If you happen to get confused or need more help with getting it going just let us know.
