I Need to Create a Specific Payment Form - Can I Do it with JotForm?

I have a website that I'm creating for a client.  There's a large variety of flags each with its own name and item number.  For each flag there's 3 different sizes to choose from.  There's also banners - one size only with different item names/numbers.

I need a fairly simple form/checkout that allows the person to enter the item name or number, choose the size and choose the quantity.  The form would then total up the order, add the shipping and the person would be able to click "Pay Now."  I want it hooked up to Paypal.

Jotform has Paypal options and when I went through the wizard a little bit, I wasn't sure if I could create the form I needed.  Can you let me know if I can and if so, is there a tutorial on the site that I can follow?

Yes I believe this is possible. Below is a sample form I created with Jotform

but the user does not need to input the item name but only need to select it. I use the PayPal wizard in achieiving this by using the add new product function.

If you need further asistance, please contact us again.
