I have 10 forms for a client which comprise a standard Jotform, plus a Pay Pay payment for. The forms have been working fine, however over the last couple of days some submissions from two of the forms are generating the PayPal payment notification, but not the form email.

I checked your form's notification setup and see that it's set to send notification email to "email@example.com;firstname.lastname@example.org". You have seperated your recipient email id with ";", email ids should be seperated by "," and a space.
Request you to please change your form's recipient email ids with "," and also to ensure the delivery of emails you should change your notification "Sender email" to "email@example.com"
