Can someone please help me with this?
I have a donation form set up, and it works great, BUT I need the selection OPTIONS in my form to pass over to Paypal.
People have donated, but there is no indication in Paypal other than the "Donation" text from the payment module properties.
The alert email has the fund name in it, but it's not sent to PayPal...
How can I get the FUND NAME sent to Paypal? This is very important. My customer wants to add a new fund immediately and they will need to be able to see what fund is being donated too.
I hope that makes sense! Thank you.Page URL:

You cannot do this using the Donation option in the payment field as you can only have one option. You do can rename the word "Donation" to something else, but still this is only 1 option.
You may want to try using the "Sell Products" option instead. Just set the "single" selection option only and the custom quantity option for each donation type.
This will allow you to have any of the 3 option donation in your paypal payment form.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

I feel that my suggestion is not enough because in my suggestion you will not be able to input the "exact amount" -- you can only set the quantity to multiply the fix amount of donation fund.
You can also try the method described on this guide How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form instead. Using this guide, you will have at least 3 donation form. Each for the donation fund type.
