Is Facebook Integration not a functioning feature?

Asked by holaciudad on June 24, 2013 at 09:49 PM

I added the Facebook Integration believing that if visitors to my website access the form they can use the "login with Facebook" option and not have to fill out the registration form. Is that the correct use of this feature?

How can I make it so that people can use the "login with Facebook" button and avoid having to fill out the registration form?

    Hi,

Facebook Integration Simply allows your user to login first to Facebook using your Facebook APP before they can see the form submit button and submit their entries.

How can I make it so that people can use the "login with Facebook" button and avoid having to fill out the registration form?

-They has to fill out the form and login using the FB Login button to see the form submit button and submit their entries.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Let me correct what I am saying.

Integrating JotForm with Facebook allows you to collect certain information from your form user's Facebook Profile (i.e. name, email, birthdate, etc.) with their permission, so that you will no longer need to include fields like Name, Email, and others in your JotForm's Form.

    ----------

After integrating the form to Facebook, you should be able to see a login button which is used to capture user profile information. They have to login before they can see the actual submit button to submit their entries.

    Thanks
