My client has this account and i am the designer i have created the form and told it to intergrade with constant contact list and when i test submission it is not in the list at constant contact can you tell me why it isnt showing on the list?

Is that a live test using the form URL? Please let us know the form URL you having problem with Constant Contact Integration so we can check.
Also, please try to remove the current integration, clear your forms cache by following this guide: How to Clear your Form Cache then re-stablished the integration. See if this helps.
