My webdesigner has installed the optin form on my website and functions correctly except for not sending contacts submitted to my CC general enquiry list.
He removed the current integration, cleared your forms cache by following this guide: How to Clear your Form Cache then re-stablished the integration. This did not help.Why is this not functioning as advertised?

As per our developer:
"The problem is that their GUI implements a serverside cache to improve performance, and any changes through api does not sometimes propogate to GUI."
Request you to please logout and log back in from your constant contact list website and see if that helps you.

Are other people using CC from this Jotform form without issues?

So far, there's no trend with such issue. How about creating another list then re-integrate the form to that list? I have just tested my form again, and I am able to see a new contact to my list:
Also, do you have any Custom Fields to Constant Contact and mapped with Jotform Fields? Please try to map only the existing default fields. See if that makes difference.
