Go to Setup and Embed tab in the toolbar.2. Click on Email Alerts.Then choose the Notification to do the changes.3. Then click on Reply-to and Recipients Settings.4. I checked your form and don't see the changes implemented as suggested by my colleague.
Please change your notification's "Sender Email" to "firstname.lastname@example.org" and that should solve your issue:
