    Why am I not receiving my emails?

    Hello JClay,
    I've checked your email address and it is not in the bounce list, but  I found the Sender Email is not setup to noreply@jotform.com, this might be the cause of this issue.
    To do the changes please follow the steps below:
    1. Go to Setup and Embed tab in the toolbar.
    2. Click on Email Alerts.Then choose the Notification to do the changes.
    3. Then click on Reply-to and Recipients Settings.
    4. Finally do the changes where is disribed in the first screenshot.

    I checked your form and don't see the changes implemented as suggested by my colleague.

    Please change your notification's "Sender Email" to "noreply@jotform.com" and that should solve your issue:
