jotform emails going to spam folder

    Hello, I am having problems with emails i am receiving going into the spam. Even emails I open that go into my inbox after i have opened them they are going into spam.

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

    Have you attempted the steps that are outlined in the How-to-Prevent-Emails-from-Landing-in-Gmail-s-Spam-Folder user guide?

    You can try adding JotForm's noreply@jotform.com email address to your contacts list to prevent our emails from going to spam. You can also try editing your spam filter settings (as is explained in the guide) to ensure that all noreply@jotform.com emails are not sent to the spam folder.

    Also, I have searched our records and it seems that the email address that you have used in this support ticket is not associated with any JotForm account.

    May we please know your account username or email so we can test for issues on our end?
