Does jotform allow for a form submission, that is sent via email upon submission to have an "Approve" or "Deny" option in the email?
IE An employee requests time off and clicks submit, the form is sent to the supervisor. Can the supervisor "approve" the time off and it causes another email to be sent to the HR director?

Thank you for contacting us. An approval email workflow is possible, please check the following workaround: https://www.jotform.com/help/432-A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow
Let us know if you have more questions.

Sanders_MikeReplied on June 10, 2020 at 11:28 AMI have completed this process, but the Approver is receiving an additional
email that looks like the first request, immediately after approving the
form.
How can this be resolved?

Hi Mike,
I cloned and tested your form and you were able to set up the Approver workflow correctly.

Sanders_MikeReplied on June 10, 2020 at 2:28 PMDid you receive 2 emails as the supervisor? one to initially approve and a
second after approval?
There shouldn't be a second email.

We apologize for inconvenience. I reviewed the Email Settings on the form and I noted that there is another Autoresponder that does not use any Conditions.
The first Autoresponder will always trigger every time the form is submitted.
The autoresponder will always be sent to the Supervisor Email field even when editing the submission.
Send on Edit mode is ON, which means it will also send on edited submissions.
Please set the Send on Edit option to NO so that the email will not trigger anymore after the approver submit the form again.
I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
