Incorrect results with Quiz Form App

The quiz widget works well until the end. After the quiz is submitted and I display the page with the correct answers, two of them appear with codes instead of the selected question and correct answers.

Also, the summary doesn't display the correct totals. The quiz actually has 30 questions, but the summary indicates that there were 4 questions, with 2 correct answers.

The attached screen snippet is just the bottom of the summary screen and only shows one of the two lines with code instead of values.

I cloned your form and set it up with the Quiz Form app and was able to get the expected layout.

Can you please confirm if you have set a Custom Results Page?

Also, did you happen to add the said questions after the Quiz Form App settings has already been setup?

I'd suggest going back to the Quiz Form App and review your setup and don't forget to hit Save Quiz button.

I went in and saved the quiz again. I also have "Show custom results page" ticked. The results page is being displayed, and the answers are marked appropriately.

However, there are still two results questions that are displaying the field codes instead of the actual answers. (First highlight in the screen shot. There is one above that is not included in the screen shot.)

Also, the results are incorrect. You can see from the screen shot that the results say "3/4 (75%)" when there are actually 30 questions.

Could you please try fixing the form and see if the issue still persists?

1. Try unchecking the Global Countdown widget in the Quiz app.

2. Please explain why do you need this condition. You can disable it and see if the issue still persists.

3. After that, if you edit the Custom Result page, please try to reset it to default and see if the issue persists.

I made the suggested modifications:

1. The Global Countdown Widget is unchecked.

2. The unnecessary condition has been removed.

3. The Quiz options have been reset to default.

The issue with the field codes has been resolved. They no longer display.

The Results, however, are still incorrect.

Remove your quiz api integration from here https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/api

Once removed, try to integrate again with quiz app here https://quizform.jotform.io/.

Make sure you select again the correct answers.

You can see in my screencast that it now shows 29/30 and calculates the result correctly. Please make sure that each field has the option for the correct answer selected.

I tried that and at first it didn't work. Then I realized that the boxes in front of each of the questions was not checked; only the first four. It's working fine now.
