Form: Clone of Winter Haven Public Library - Get a Library Card Online
Email Alert: Online Registration - Joyce

This form is set up with 3 email alerts to staff. About 2 weeks ago, one of the staff, Joyce, stopped receiving the alerts. We use Microsoft Outlook. We've troubleshooted as follows:
>Verified Joyce's email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
>Made sure Junk emails was turned off in Outlook.
>Had IT make sure they weren't getting caught in the spam filter at the server level.
>Deleted and recreated the Email Alert.
>Swapped out Joyce's email with 2 other staff email addresses and 1 personal email address. They all worked!
>Made sure incoming emails were not redirected via a rule.

It should be fine now. Kindly test it on your side. The email was bounced due to the following reason:
email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) [Default] 451-'4.3.0 Message temporarily deferred. Please try again later.'
