Why don't all of the entries go into the submission alert email?

    I LOVE JotForm, have used it for years, plan to use it a lot more, and spread it whenever I can! Thank You for such a good product!!

    I am just wondering one thing, why the emails which let me know that a submission has been received do not display all of the information from that submission? It just shows the top 2 or so. It would be a great help if I could see everything that is on the form (they are short forms). Can you please tell me if this is possible, how do I set it up? Or if it will be possible somehow?

    I have fixed the issue on your behalf and sync everything for you to be able to see the complete form submission.

    What is wrong here is that the Form Field ID is not syncronized with the email notification fields ID. Let me show you what I mean.


    You can find the email and phone form field ID under properties of the selected form. When you click on the field and click the properties button.


    Kindly test a sample submission and it should work now.
