Tried forwarding a submission and gor a "Oooops...you've reached your limits!" message but it's only the third message I tried to forward. I don't understand!

I checked your account and I can only see 2 submissions so it's obviously below the limit. I cleared your form's cache so can you please try to make another submission? If the problem persists, please do let us know. Thanks!

Hi, thanks for the quick response. That seems to have worked! Is that the same "Clear Cache" button under Account settings > Settings?
