Is it possible to send a second email notification, e.g. 7 days after the first?

    We have placed a form on a website where people can sign up to a free trail of some training software.  As soon as they sign up they receive an email notification back thanking them and providing access details.

    What we'd like to do is for Jot Form to automatically send them another email, 7 days later offering them access to a second module, free of charge.

    Is it possible to get Jot Form to send a second email after a specified time delay?

    The URL below is currently only in our test environment, as the site is not live yet.

    Many thanks for your help

    Mike

    @F4Mike

    I am sorry but scheduling the delivery of email functionality is not available. You will have to use some 3rd party schedulers for your requirement.

    Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Thanks,

    Thanks for your reply Sidharth

    It's a great shame that this scheduling functionality isn't available,
    perhaps you could add it to your future features list?

    Could you please recommend a 3rd party scheduler for me to look at?

    Many thanks

    Mike

    @F4Mike

    I see how this might be useful. I am sending your requirement to our feature request list and hopefully, our developers can integrate this in the future.

    Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Thanks,

    You may like to check ZOHO for your requirement. https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/schedules/scheduler.html

    Hi Sidharth

    Can Jotform send the form data directly to ZOHO and ZOHO be configured to
    automatically send out the second autoresponder 7 days later OR do I have to
    recreate the form in ZOHO and leave JotForm out of the loop altogether?

    Many thanks

    Mike

    Hello Mike, JotForm can indeed send the Data into Zoho. However, we as mentioned we currently don't support a feature to schedule notifications as of right now. But there is no need to leave out JotForm completely if you don't want to do that then you don't have to though it is your choice so I will leave it at that. It is something you would have to set up inside Zoho one of our other third-party integrations as a workaround for now until our developers can consider adding such a tool for our own autoresponders.

    Here's the one for Zoho which can be set to recurring http://www.zoho.com/crm/help/miscellaneous/set-up-autoresponders.html.
