Now the new version of JotForm has been deployed, email submissions show the JotForm logo in the top right-hand corner with a link back to the site, plus a link to "View this submission on JotForm."How can these be removed? My customer does not want it.

Click Set up & Share > Email Alerts > Notification > Delete the JotForm logo > Delete the "View this Submission on JotForm" text > Close > Save.
Done. You could easily also replace with your logo by adding a picture where JF logo is.

I take it you mean physically delete the logo by clicking on it and removing from the html code?
If so this causes my forms to no longer be sent 'from' email instead they send from firstname.lastname@example.org. The same happens if I decide to change it to text emails
Everything appears to all be ok if you send the test email, but not if you send the email from the real form on your webpage
Any change to the pre generated html code or switching to text causes this to happen on all my forms
any ideas anyone?
