FTP Integration: Two Folder Names created when setting up the Unique ID as the Submission Folder Name

Asked by sharpmike on June 26, 2013 at 01:52 PM

    Hi …

I have created a form with a unique ID on it.  I am using this to link together the response attachments when they are delivered via FTP.

Until recently this worked perfectly.  However now, sometimes on the FTP delivery, instead of naming the folder with the unique ID field it creates the folder with 'Not Answered' and a long string of numbers.

The process I went through was to create a master form, and then clone others from it.

    Master :

    Clone :

Could someone please investigate why this is happening ??

    Thanks

    Mike

Thanks for that.  This did work a couple of months ago.
